Carrie brings over 15 years of real estate experience on the administrative side. Carrie managed one of the top producing teams in the Fraser Valley for 10 years. Carrie also currently owns RE/MAX Truepeak Realty in Abbotsford.

 Carrie has trained numerous support staff and agents and has built multi level systems to ensure efficiencies growth and profit. Carrie has also been involved in many marketing projects including websites, marketing books and more. Carrie has spent the last 15 years learning the ins and outs of Real Estate and learning the most efficiency and accurate way to handle real estate transactions. She has also created efficient systems, processes, checklists and manuals to streamline any Real Estate Business.

Specializing in working with large teams, she thrives in the fast-paced environment of administrative support. From listing coordination to client care, Meagan ensures realtors have the backing they need to focus on nurturing client relationships. Beyond her work, she indulges in reading, experimenting with new recipes, staying active, and cherishing moments with loved ones—including her faithful companion, Cleo the dog.

Monique has spent over a decade in real estate, both on the administrative side as well as having been previously licensed for 3 years. From assisting individual agents to teams, residential or commercial deals and most scenarios in between, Monique has experience with cookie cutter transactions as much as with those that fall outside the box and require a different method of problem solving. Having been licensed herself, she understands the vital importance of having experienced, competent support staff making sure all paperwork and processes are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. In a previous life, Monique was a chef for over 9 years and still loves to cook, albeit at a much more relaxed pace and for far less people. She enjoys getting outside with her dog Indi, reading well past her bedtime, and traveling with her husband.
